Student Research Grant Application


Student research can be an important and rewarding part of a university education. To encourage students to undertake research projects, The Ohio State University at Mansfield makes available to eligible students Student Research Grants of up to $500. Such grants may be used for supplies, equipment and travel. If funds will be used primarily for travel to a conference, applicant must either be presenting a talk or poster at that conference, or be the principal student author on the conference presentation.

To be eligible for a grant, the applicant must be a student in good standing at OSU-Mansfield. Also, the research project must be recommended by a member of the faculty at OSU-Mansfield, who also agrees to serve as the principal advisor for the research project that will be supported by the grant.
