Course Objectives:

Course Content: Karate 1 will be taught all techniques described in the programmed text from tenth kyu bold belt through ninth kyu bold belt. Additionally, students will be graded on all history and philosophy requirements (including Tae Kwon Do), kata performance, and attendance.

Method of Evaluation: Midterm open book, Midterm Kata I, Final closed book, Final Kata II.
