It is a brief examination on the political elements affecting African Americans from slavery to citizenship. This event is sponsored by the OSU-M/NC State College Republicans organization.

The Mansfield Community Choir, consisting of more than 90 voices, was originally assembled by the Mansfield Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance to sing at local events in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Don't miss this dynamic performance of avariety of musical selections.

Celebrate Black heritage as you enjoy a hearty soul food dinner catered by Tina Goines. Ticket prices are $5 for students of NC State, OSU-M and Ashland University College of Nursing, and $8 for the general public.
